Shipping & Returns

We ship using First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail to better suit the needs of our clients.  Please note orders are usually processed within 2 business days.

Updated Shipping Policy: Only orders $50 or more (excluding taxes) will be shipped with "Signature Required." Orders under $50 will be shipped without the required signature. If you do not wish to have the signature required for your order of $50 or more, you MUST email us this information at 

Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our business, please note that all sales are FINAL and are not subject to return. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at within three (3) business days from the date you received your order.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within three (3) business days of receiving a damaged or incorrect order. Please also provide any pictures of the damage. Please note that gift cards are not eligible for return/refund.

Once we have received your email, we will determine the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
