Shipping & Returns

We ship using First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail to better suit the needs of our clients.  Please note orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.  Currently, our shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 

Signature Required

A signature will be required on any order that is $100 or more.  

Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our business, please note that all sales are FINAL and are not subject to return. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at customerservice@treenaturals.com within three (5) business days from the date you received your order.

Late Orders

If your order has not arrived on time, please check your tracking number.  If it shows that it is still in transit, we ask that you please be patient (we are in COVID-19 times and the USPS is moving slower these days) until your order arrives. If it has been 3 weeks or more without any movement on your package, please contact us at customerservice@treenaturals.com

If your order is showing Delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to your local Post Office first to see if they may have it there.  This happens a lot and sometimes the package will show up a few days later.  Reaching out to your local post office is the first step to get answers to help locate your package.  If your package is indeed lost, please contact us at customerservice@treenaturals.com so we can file a claim and begin the refund process for you. 


Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within three (5) business days of receiving a damaged or incorrect order. Please also provide any pictures of the damage. Please note that gift cards are not eligible for return/refund.

Once we have received your email, we will determine the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
