Shipping & Return Policies
We ship using First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail to better suit the needs of our clients. Please note orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Currently, our shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
A signature will be required on any order that is $100 or more.
Due to the handmade nature of our business, please note that all sales are FINAL and are not subject to return. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com within three (3) business days from the date you received your order.
If your order has not arrived on time, please check your tracking number. If it shows that it is still in transit, we ask that you please be patient (we are in COVID-19 times and the USPS is moving slower these days) until your order arrives. If it has been 3 weeks or more without any movement on your package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once an order has shipped, Tree Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. The customer must enter a safe and accurate address when entering their shipping address. Please contact your local post office to get answers to help locate your package.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within three (3) business days of receiving damaged products or an incorrect order. Please also provide any pictures of the damage.
Once we have received your email, we will determine the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Please note the following are not eligible for return/refund:
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Any product or orders incorrectly ordered by customer as all sales are FINAL (please double check that your orders are correct before hitting the submit button.)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
