The Tree Naturals Affiliate Program is for creators, bloggers, and Curlfriends who genuinely love our products and want to share moisture-rich routines and real results with their audience.

WHAT IS THE TREE NATURALS AFFILIATE PROGRAM (AND IS IT RIGHT FOR ME)?
If you love our products and have a website, blog, email list, or social media accounts—this is for you!

Once approved, you’ll receive:
• A special affiliate URL link to share
• A 15% off discount code to share with your audience

When a new customer shops through your affiliate link (and/or uses your affiliate code), and a qualifying purchase is made, you earn a 10% commission.

Your customers will have direct access to our full line of products, and orders ship directly from our warehouse.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
Simple! You make money by referring customers to the Tree Naturals website by sharing your affiliate link and discount code across your content—social media, website/blog, YouTube, or email.

IMPORTANT PROGRAM RULES (PLEASE READ)
To protect the brand and keep the program sustainable, the following rules apply:

No brand bidding / no Shopping ads on our brand

You may not run Google Ads (Search or Shopping) targeting:

  • “Tree Naturals” / “treenaturals”
  • Any Tree Naturals product name (Tree-O, Moisture Retention Kit, Edge Growth Balm, Luxe Satin Bonnet, etc.)
  • Any close variations or misspellings of our brand or product names
  • Non-brand keywords are fine (examples below).

Non-brand keywords (what this means)

Non-brand keywords are generic searches that do not include Tree Naturals or any Tree Naturals product names.

✅ Allowed (non-brand) examples:

  • “moisture retention for natural hair”
  • “dry 4C hair routine”
  • “thinning edges help”
  • “breakage around hairline”
  • “how to seal moisture natural hair”
  • “frizz control for curly hair”
  • “low porosity hair moisturizer”
  • “satin bonnet for curly hair”
  • “hair growth oil for natural hair”
  • “flaxseed gel for curls”

🚫 Not allowed (brand) examples:

  • “Tree Naturals” / “treenaturals” (including misspellings/variations)
  • Any Tree Naturals product name (Tree-O, Moisture Retention Kit, Edge Growth Balm, Luxe Bonnet, etc.)
  • “Tree Naturals coupon / discount code / promo code”
  • Any version combining our brand/product names with “sale,” “discount,” “reviews,” “best price,” etc.

Important: Affiliates may not bid on or target Tree Naturals or any Tree Naturals product names (including misspellings/variations or “coupon” keywords) in the keyword, headline, ad copy, display URL, or landing page path

  • Commission eligibility (how it works)
    • 10% Commission applies to first-time customers only. Returning customer orders are not eligible. 
    • Commission is not paid on orders that use non-affiliate promotions or automatic discounts (welcome email/SMS codes, sitewide promos, seasonal sales, bundles on sale, etc.).
    • Your affiliate code may be used to convert your audience. If your code is used on an otherwise qualifying order, commission may still apply.

🚫 Protecting Our Brand + Community

We’re building a high-integrity affiliate community — not a coupon network. Posting Tree Naturals links/codes on coupon or deal sites (including promo code directories, extensions, and discount forums) is not allowed. If we find your content on coupon sites, your affiliate account will be removed immediately, and commissions connected to that activity may be reversed/withheld.

Approved promotion channels include your own social media, blog, email list, and original content platforms — not third-party coupon databases.

Enforcement
Commissions that violate these rules will be reversed. Repeated violations may result in removal from the program. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Where can I find my affiliate link?
    You can find this in our Affiliate Portal once you have signed up HERE.
  • Is there a minimum payout amount for affiliates?
    YES. Payouts are sent once earnings reach a minimum of $50 USD (i.e., $500 in eligible sales).
  • When will I receive my affiliate commissions?
    Affiliate payments are processed and sent directly to your PayPal account between the 1st and 15th day of each month once earnings reach a minimum of $50 USD. We hold payments for a full 30 days to allow for processing, returns, and chargebacks.
  • What if my affiliate payment is blocked, rejected, or unclaimed?
    On occasion affiliate payments are blocked or rejected by PayPal or are listed as unclaimed. Usually, this is because PayPal does not do business in your country or the email address associated with the affiliate account is incorrect. As an affiliate, it is your responsibility to make sure your email address on file with Tree Naturals is valid and is able to receive payments from PayPal. We will not resend any payments because your payout email address was incorrect and we will not resend any payments after 30 days from the original payment processing date. Any and all payments unclaimed within 30 days are forfeited.
  • Can I get reward points on an affiliate order through my special URL/discount code?
    NO. The rewards point program is a completely separate program. Any orders made using the special affiliate URL link or discount code will not earn rewards points. To receive rewards points, you must shop direct at www.TreeNaturals.com.
  • Can I earn commissions on my own purchases?
    NO. You will not receive any commission when making a purchase through your own affiliate code or link. You can use your discount code, but no commission will be given.
  • What if my referral made a purchase without using my special URL link or discount code?
    Affiliates will only earn commission on sales that are properly tracked through their affiliate link and/or affiliate code per the affiliate platform’s tracking rules.
