I love the fresh smell of this shampoo. It leaves my hair and scalp feeling soft, clean and smelling fresh. I have no complaint about the product, but the pump on my shampoo does not work properly. Unfortunately, I have to remove the pump top to get shampoo out. However, I do recommend the product and will purchase again.
I love the shampoo bar still my favorite but I just wanted to try the liquid shampoo for the sake of trying it. I loved it was amazing, smells good and felt good on my hair.
I searched all over for shampoo that would not completely dry out my son's hair--he has 3C (high porosity) curly hair that, among other things, can be prone to frizz. I found what I was looking for in TN's Bamboo, Aloe & Coconut Shampoo! It is truly AMAZING. At the same time, I find myself a bit frustrated with the bottle, namely the pump, as it takes forever to get shampoo out. And while my case may be a bit different, in that I'm more often than not I'm rushing a bit due to dealing with a cranky 2-year-old who hates getting his hair washed, I find the bottle itself to be a bit of a hindrance. To compensate, I just open the bottle and dump shampoo out in my palm, so it's not a huge deal, but enough where I figured I'd share. Thank you for making such an amazing product! It has been a game changer for me! (I also use Bamboo & Lotus Water Deep Conditioner on wash day, and it has done wonder for his curls!)

Our bottles are not really meant to be squeezed, but we can add a flip top vs the pump to help you get the product out. That may help. On your next order write in the comments to add a flip top and we will do so for you!
I first bought this shampoo a while back and loved it. I wound up ordering 2 or 3 extras during Black Friday so I could have it stocked up. It smells amazing and my hair is always soft afterwards, especially when using the leave in conditioner. My only "complaint" really would have to be the pump seems to not work, so I have to take it off/out and pour the shampoo in my hand.
So gentle and cleaning on my scalp. It’s perfect!
